Digital Asset Management (DAM)Pacific Marketing Suite's resource library provides a central web-accessible digital asset management silo. Collate and store marketing assets such as images, documents, artwork, video clips in one single location. All documents stored in the resource library can have an associated thumbnail image, a title and summary description. File types are clearly displayed with file size and popularity statistics displayed if required. Integration with Pacific Marketing Suite's catalogue and search functionality means assets can be categorised and grouped. User permissions/access can be applied to document groups (folders) to allow users to access content most relevant to them. All downloads from the resource library are recorded. Users can optionally be asked to provide a reason for downloading specific items. Data such as 'Most downloaded items' and 'Recently added items' can be displayed on the user's home page dashboard or within the Resource Library itself. |
