Catalogue & Search

Pacific Marketing Suite features multiple ways to catalogue and group content so users can quickly pin-point the marketing materials they need. Open and assisted search dialogs (wizards) help users search the catalogue. Results presented back to the users cover all materials on the portal - customisable items, order-only (non-customisable items) and downloadable materials.

The catalogue also incorporates an intelligent search engine to recommend other related campaign materials your user may find useful to complement the item(s) they have just created.

Content channels

All content can be assigned to 'channels'. Users are granted permission to access appropriate channels and as such, only view content relevant to them. Organising content in this way means different groups of users can access different content and ensures only permitted and relevant content is presented to any user.

Solution areas

Content can also be grouped by 'Solution area', or 'Campaign'. This allows related items to be presented alongside each other giving the user access to all of the relevant content in one place. It also supports intuitive browsing for the user, again making it easier to quickly locate the items they require.
