Continued Value programme - maximising your investment

A compelling launch programme will 'kick-start' your objective of connecting your organisation's marketing activity but it is important to recognise that in order to achieve continued value, growth and use of your portal, you must continue to add fresh content and new campaigns to ensure the software is used for all marketing activity, throughout your organisation.

To support this we have developed our Continued Value programme. The Continued Value programme is based on four principles:

Regular reviews

We meet with you on a quarterly basis to review, analyse and assess your portal. These 'review' meetings provide a forum to discuss the following quarter's goals and objectives including new content and user communications as well as for us to provide you with updates on new product features and current best practice.

Continued enhancements to our software

We are committed to enhancing and developing new features to our Pacific Marketing Suite software. Updates are released quarterly (through our Product Development programme), with many new features and enhancements reflecting requirements requested by our clients. All new features are automatically made available to you as part of the Software-as-a-Service license agreement.

Fluid content

Adding fresh content and new campaign materials is essential to support your organisation's marketing activity and to avoid users slipping back into 'Maverick Marketing'! Typically we will would agree a programme of campaign frequency with you prior to launch to map expectations and commitment for all parties.

Keeping users up-to-date

Continued promotion of new features, new campaigns, best practice and education to users is essential. To support this we offer facilities to issue periodic (monthly or quarterly) newsletters to users, regular online training sessions and periodic seminars/workshops (if appropriate). We are also keen to take part in company events showcasing suppliers and partners to encourage user adoption throughout your network.
